Wren Street Health Investments has selected ADCO as the builder of choice for its new $25 million mixed-use development in Brisbane.
The new medical centre will be located around 200 metres away from the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital in the inner-Brisbane suburb of Bowen Hills.
Site works have commenced on the building, which will incorporate four levels of medical suites one level offering a day surgery and seven levels of parking.
Project managers Akalan and architects ThomsonAdsett will work alongside ADCO in delivering the building.
Construction is scheduled for completion in October 2021.
