Here at Clui Design, we’ve taken over 15 years of experience to deliver highly creative and distinctive design solutions. We’ve worked with the commercial, retail, hospitality and healthcare sectors on a national and international scale.  

In every project, we look beyond the business and operational requirements. This lets us deliver creative outcomes that respond to the environment and context. With our co-active approach to design, we guarantee strong client engagement through each step of the process.

Meet our team


Callum Lui

Callum has worked on a range of design projects internationally. After working in Japan for several years, he returned to Australia to establish Clui Design. Callum is driven by the design process and enjoys seeing ideas and concepts emerge into successful design outcomes. He has developed a line of furniture and products that have been exhibited and sold in galleries across Australia. He is also a Retail Design Manager for one of Queensland’s largest shopping centre developments.

Sanny Tse

Sanny has extensive hospitality and retail experience both locally and abroad. With an eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills, she enjoys working closely with contractors and brands to find creative solutions. Sanny holds a Bachelor of Interior Design.

Ralph Scida

Ralph has over 12 years of retail and pharmacy design experience. His comprehensive understanding of the building code across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors allows him to navigate problems with ease. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Built Environment and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Design.

Demitri Xynias

Demitri has over 25 years experience in design management in Japan, Dubai, Bahrain and Australia. He specialises in retail store design and development for both emerging and established brands. Demitri holds a Masters Degree in Property Studies, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Built Environment and Graduate Diploma Degree in Industrial Design and Project Management.

Silvia Salvadó-Soler

Silvia has a passion for creating artistic visual concepts. With a strong technical background in documentation and architectural detailing, she enjoys assisting her colleagues in design and drafting, and overseeing projects of various sizes. Silvia holds a Diploma in 3D CAD, a Diploma in Interior Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Architectural Digital Illustrations.

Hannah Frey

Hannah is an enthusiastic Interior Architecture graduate from QUT with a passion for engaging design that promotes both human and ecological connection and regeneration. She is enjoying being immersed in such a vibrant practice and seeing the impact that intentional, bespoke design details have in enhancing the overarching, everyday experience of space.

Annalise Campbell

Annalise is an innovative designer with experience in both the residential and commercial industry. She has a passion for interiors and architecture, and is stimulated by everyday life, as well as through travelling and experiencing other cultures. Annalise holds a Bachelor in Commercial Interior Design and a Bachelor in Building Design.

Wendy Do

Wendy is a passionate Interior Designer with experience in spatial planning, design development and computer-aided visualization. She has a strong interest in creative design and understands the significance of producing meaningful and impactful design solutions that meet the changing needs of clients and communities. Wendy holds a a Bachelor of Interior Design (Honours).

Woody Jan

Woody has a huge passion for interior design and values quality when it comes to design. In his professional career Woody has received multiple awards for commercial and residential design. In addition, Woody completed most of his degrees abroad and gained a large amount of international experience, including presenting in international conferences during his industrial design career. Woody holds a Bachelor and Master of Wood Science and Design, and Diploma of Interior design.

Bridie Chetham Browne

Born from two architect parents, Bridie has been fully immersed in design and creativity since a young age. Her background in Fine Arts, Graphic Design and Interior Design gives her a vibrant foundation to create spirited and meaningful spaces. She is passionate about design history and implementing that knowledge into modern design. Bridie holds a Bachelor of Interior Design (Honours).

Adara Mehlhopt

Adara has a passion for crafting inviting spaces. Drawing from her two years of hands-on experience in industrial and commercial sectors, Adara excels in transforming spaces into functional and appealing environments. She is driven by a commitment to delivering excellence, each project is approached with enthusiasm and a penchant for innovative solutions. Focused on harmonising aesthetics and functionality, Adara’s goal is to create spaces that leave a lasting impact. Adara holds a Bachelors of Interior Design (Honours).

Tom has 13 years of diverse administrative experience, having navigated the legal, landscape architecture, and real estate industries across Australia and New Zealand. Tom’s versatile skill-set provides operational efficiency, clear communication and positive deliverables for staff and clients.
Rei Eba - Interior Designer

Rei Eba

Rei is fueled by a passion for designing spaces that prioritise tranquillity and well-being. With meticulous attention to detail and a knack for technical drafting, Rei excels in blending functionality, aesthetic appeal and natural elements together, transforming clients’ visions into impactful design that are made to last. Rei holds a Bachelor of Design (Interior Architecture) with QUT awards presented by Hassell and DIA.
CluiDesign acknowledges the Turrbal and Jagera peoples as the Traditional Owners of the land (Kurilpa, Meanjin) on which we work.
