Brooki Bakehouse is a bakery and cakery specialising in confections for big celebrations. Located inside the Stewart & Hemmant building in Fortitude Valley – a former drapery that also houses Italian restaurant Rosmarino – Brooki boasts a Paris-meets-New York aesthetic, with an interior look including classic fixtures (marble counters and fluted glass) and brass detailing. Brooki’s cabinets are filled daily with an ever-changing range of delightfully decorated cakes, colourful cupcakes and a mouth-watering array of macarons. Flavours are a big area of exploration and play – keep your eyes peeled for the likes of lavender honey macarons, cookie-dough cupcakes, and wildberry lemon celebration cakes, with oodles of new flavours arriving every week. The cakery is also dispensing barista-poured cups of Archer Specialty Coffee.
